Insurance and Billing

 Heart to Heart counseling accepts most forms of insurance. When we receive your call, one of our friendly clinicians will inquire If you have insurance or not. We are contracted with most insurance companies. We will ask for your name, date of birth, type of insurance, and insurance ID number so we can contact our billing company to inquire about your existing benefits. We will call you back.

     The fees we charge are billed directly to your insurance company.  Please note: you are personally responsible for any sessions unpaid by your insurance company; this includes missed, no-show, or late canceled appointments which are billed directly to you at the regular amount.

 Heart to Heart counseling accepts most forms of insurance. When we receive your call, one of our friendly clinicians will inquire if you have insurance or not. Many of our clinicians work with clients who pay for counseling privately without insurance for individual, group, couples, and family counseling; for these clients we offer a sliding scale fee from $35 to $235 (with proof of financial hardship).
 

 Clients are responsible for canceled, missed, or late cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. Insurance companies will not be billed for appointments canceled, missed.
